I found everything beautiful, would recommend it to families. Enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay for 2 nights. The location was good and unbeatable, 5 min walk from bus station. I had some drinks at Burger & Lobster, positioned 500 metres away.
Their staff were very rude.

Very convenient central location for sightseeing and shopping. Well equipped rooms - loads of space and comfortable furnishings. Good choice of places to eat nearby. Extremely helpful and courteous staff ... after check-out, we requested somewhere to store/re-pack luggage and to shower and change before a late evening flight, and we were kindly allowed this facility at no extra charge.

Stunning building and proximity to many attractions in Cape Town, including Company Gardens, Parliament, St. George's Cathedral, Greenmarket Square, etc. Apartment-style is very suitable for family travel. En-suite bathrooms in each of the 2 bedrooms is very convenient and also private enough for the adults, as both were well separated. Guest Loo - what a luxury to have, and the hotel made no hassle of guests in the apartment with you. Staff were accommodating and kind.
The state of cleanliness left much to be desired. You have all these great facilities, but when you travelling with small children, you do not want them rolling around on scuffed floors and dirty carpets, nor touching dirty chairs, etc. Throw-up from a previous stay was regurgitated by one of the many basins in the apartment, and never used again. That was disappointing. They do need some assistance with housekeeping, but I found that to be a problem in restaurants as well in Cape Town. Hope that it gets better. The facilities in this apartment do make up for the lack of attention to details, though.

I had such a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with so many amazing restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, from the doorman to the manager, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room itself was amazing, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and even a dining table. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, and I also appreciated having a television and an in-room safe. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this place to anyone.

It only caters for some guests and is now not international. This is a modern hotel and the appartments are very good they have everything you need.
